Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician in residential and commercial settings. - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and their operations. - Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Outstanding customer service and communication skills. - Valid New York driver's license with a clean driving record. - EPA certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable. - NATE certification is a plus.
