招聘Quantity Surveyor (QS) Wanted Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. Key Requirements ✅ Must hold a New Zealand Permanent Resident (PR) or Resident Visa, with the legal right to work in New Zealand on a long-term basis. ✅ Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in the New Zealand construction industry. ✅ Fluent in English with verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate professionally and independently with clients, consultants, Auckland Council (or other local councils), suppliers, and subcontractors. ✅ Strong knowledge of the New Zealand construction estimating and pricing system, with the ability to independently prepare cost estimates, budgets, cost planning, and cost control. ✅ Able to read and understand plans. Review Resource Consent (RC) and pre-Building Consent (pre-BC) construction drawings ✅ Prepare project development cost estimates, feasibility studies, and preliminary cost estimates based on Resource Consent (RC) drawings. ✅ Prepare detailed Building Consent (BC) cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ/SOQ) for New Zealand construction projects. ✅ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 诚聘工料测量师（Quantity Surveyor / QS） 因公司业务持续发展，现诚聘一名**工料测量师（Quantity Surveyor / QS）**加入我们的团队。 岗位要求 ✅ 持有 新西兰永久居民（PR）或居民签证（Resident Visa），拥有长期合法在新西兰工作的资格。 ✅ 具备 两年以上新西兰建筑行业相关工作经验。 ✅ 英语流利，具备良好的英语口语及书面表达能力，能够独立、专业地与客户、顾问、奥克兰市议会（Auckland Council）或其他地方政府、供应商及分包商进行沟通。 ✅ 熟悉新西兰建筑成本估算及报价体系，能够独立完成成本估算、预算编制、成本规划及成本控制。 ✅ 能够阅读及理解建筑图纸，并负责 Resource Consent（RC）及 Building Consent（BC）前期（Pre-BC）施工图纸审核，提前发现图纸中的设计问题、不合理之处及潜在施工风险。 ✅ 能够根据 Resource Consent（RC）图纸，独立完成项目开发成本估算、项目可行性分析及初步成本预算。 ✅ 能够为新西兰建筑项目独立编制 Building Consent（BC）预算 及 工程量清单（BOQ / SOQ）。 ✅ 工作积极主动，认真负责，注重细节，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够独立工作，并具有良好的团队合作精神。
