我们是一家拥有27年以上历史的全球多元化跨国公司,分支机构遍布加拿大和中国。为了配合全球业务扩展,我们现诚邀资深的 下线市场渠道专员 加入我们的团队,帮助公司的业务战略发展并推动我们在美国市场的增长。 岗位职责: 渠道开发与合作建立: • 识别并锁定美国市场中的新业务机会和合作伙伴,尤其是在移民、辅助生殖、房地产、保险和教育培训, 升学规划等领域。 • 拜访沟通与合作伙伴的谈判,建立长期的业务合作关系,推动双方的共同发展。 销售与客户关系管理: • 建立并维持与潜在和现有客户的紧密关系,提供专业咨询,确保客户满意度并维持长期合作。 • 挖掘潜在客户和销售顾问配合,确保客户体验顺畅,并实现销售目标。 • 积极参加重要的行业活动、研讨会及展览,促进公司业务拓展,每个月定期举办周末活动。 团队协作与绩效达标: • 与市场、销售和客户服务团队紧密合作,确保服务的无缝整合并提供以客户为中心的高质量服务。 • 确保每个月完成指定的绩效要求和任务指标,包括渠道数量,潜在客户数量,市场活动等。 任职要求: • 3年以上市场业务拓展、销售或相关领域经验,优先考虑在美国移民、辅助生殖、保险、房地产或教育行业有工作经验的候选人。 • 具备开发和实施业务战略的能力,推动业务增长并实现目标。 • 在相关行业内拥有强大的网络和成熟的人脉关系。 • 自我驱动能力强,能承担压力,日常可以自己出行拜访渠道。 • 优秀的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力,能够为高端客户提供复杂解决方案。 • 熟悉美国/加拿大投资移民、各国其他移民业务,留学,教育 升学指导项目流程及政策者优先。 • 中英文双语 能力必备。 Marketing Specialist / 线下市场专员 Job description: We are a global, diversified multinational corporation with over 27 years of history, with branches in Canada and China. As part of our continued global expansion, we are now looking for a highly experienced Marketing specialist to help the development of our business strategy and drive growth in the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities: Channel Development and Partnership Building: • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with key players in the U.S. market, particularly in the areas of immigration, assisted reproduction, real estate, insurance, education,and academic planning etc. • Visiting and communicating negotiations with partners to establish long-term business collaborations that drive mutual growth. Sales and Client Relations: • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing expert consultation and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Prospecting and collaborating with the sales consultants, ensure process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless client experience and achieving sales targets. • Actively participate in the company in key industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to promote business expansion. Team Collaboration and Performance: • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure the smooth integration of services and customer-focused delivery. • Ensure the completion of designated performance requeirments and task targets on a monthly basis, including the number of channels, number of potential clients and marketing activities, etc, Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in marketing business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the U.S. immigration, assisted reproduction, insurance, real estate, or education sectors. • Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and achieve targets. • Strong network and established relationships within the relevant industries in the U.S. • Possesses strong self-motivation and the ability to handle pressure, capable of independentlhy traveling to visit channel partners. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to high-end clients. • In-depth understanding of U.S./Canada investment immigration, immigration programs for other countries, study abroad, and educational /academic counseling project processes, and policies is preferred. • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required
