East-West CFS 现诚聘一名经验丰富的 仓储物流协调员（Warehouse Shipping & Logistics Coordinator），负责支持公司第三方物流（3PL）仓库的日常运营、客户订单履行及物流协调工作。 Key Responsibilities（主要职责）Shipping & Logistics Coordination（出货与物流协调）Process, review, and schedule customer outbound orders.处理、审核并安排客户出库订单。Coordinate daily shipments with LTL, FTL, parcel, drayage, local carriers, and customer-arranged pickups.协调零担（LTL）、整车（FTL）、快递、小柜拖车（Drayage）、本地运输及客户自提业务。Prepare and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, commercial invoices, shipping labels, manifests, and other transportation documents.制作并审核提货单（BOL）、装箱单、商业发票、运输标签及相关物流文件。Schedule carrier pickups and delivery appointments.安排承运商提货及送货预约。Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers and internal teams.跟踪货物运输状态并及时向客户及内部团队反馈。Ensure inbound and outbound orders are processed accura and efficiently according to customer requirements and warehouse priorities.根据客户要求及仓库优先级准确、高效地处理订单。Receiving Operations（收货管理）Process inbound receipts and receiving transactions.处理收货及入库事务。Verify incoming shipments against receiving documents.核对到货数量及相关收货文件。Inspect shipment quantities, pallet counts, labels, lot numbers, and packaging conditions.检查数量、托盘数、标签、批号及包装状态。Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, damages, or receiving issues.发现差异、短缺或破损时及时报告并跟进。Coordinate receiving activities with warehouse personnel and customers.协调仓库与客户的收货安排。Inventory & Warehouse Operations（库存与仓库运营）Support inventory control procedures, cycle counts, investigations, and reconciliation activities.协助库存管理、循环盘点及库存核对。Maintain inventory status controls, including Available, Hold, QA, FTZ, and Non-FTZ inventory.管理库存状态，包括可用库存、冻结库存、质检库存、FTZ及非FTZ库存。Assist with inventory adjustments and customer inventory inquiries.处理库存调整及客户库存查询。Ensure warehouse transactions are accura entered into NetSuite WMS and related systems.确保所有仓库交易准确录入 NetSuite WMS 及相关系统。Work closely with warehouse staff to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.与仓库团队紧密合作，提高库存准确率及运营效率。Customer Service & Communication（客户服务与沟通）Communicate professionally with customers, transportation providers, customs brokers, and warehouse personnel.与客户、运输公司、报关行及仓库人员保持专业沟通。Respond to shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation inquiries.处理出入库及物流相关问题。Coordinate special customer requirements and resolve operational issues.协调客户特殊需求并解决运营问题。通过、及系统保持高效沟通。Compliance & Process Management（合规与流程管理）Follow warehouse SOPs, security procedures, and customer-specific requirements.遵守仓库操作流程及安全规定。Support warehouse compliance initiatives and documentation requirements.协助仓库合规管理及文件维护。Assist with operational audits and process improvement initiatives.协助运营审计及流程优化。Support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and documentation when applicable.协助 FTZ（保税区）相关操作及文件管理。Qualifications（任职要求）Required（必须条件）Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations, logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or 3PL experience.5年以上仓储、物流、运输、货代或第三方物流（3PL）相关经验。Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse workflows.熟悉仓储出入库流程及库存管理。Experience coordinating LTL, FTL, ocean freight, air freight, drayage, parcel, and trucking operations.熟悉各类运输模式及物流协调工作。Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).熟悉仓库管理系统（WMS）。NetSuite WMS experience strongly preferred.有 NetSuite WMS 使用经验者优先。Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.良好的组织协调能力及多任务处理能力。Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.熟练使用 Microsoft Office、Outlook 及 Excel。Preferred Qualifications（优先考虑）Experience in a 3PL warehouse environment.有第三方物流仓库经验。FTZ experience.有 FTZ（保税区）经验。Import/Export, Customs, Freight Forwarding,
