这是一个有明确业绩指标的销售职位,核心职责涵盖合作伙伴开拓、销售管道建设与项目成交。如果您热衷于销售、熟悉电信或云通信行业,我们期待与您合作! 主要职责 完成并超越月度/季度销售目标,通过渠道合作伙伴驱动营收 主动开拓并签约新渠道合作伙伴(代理商、经销商、MSP、电信合作伙伴) 与合作伙伴协同推进项目,全程参与从开拓到签单的完整销售流程 建立并维护健康的销售管道,确保持续的交易流量与准确的业绩预测 主导联合客户拜访、方案开发及商务谈判 制定针对中小企业及大型企业客户的市场拓展策略 与内部售前、交付、产品团队协作,支持项目成功落地 跟踪销售绩效并定期向管理层汇报 任职要求 3-5 年以上 B2B 销售 / 渠道销售 / 电信销售经验 有明确的业绩完成记录,具备较强的成交能力 有 UCaaS、VoIP、云 PBX、电信或 SaaS 领域经验者优先 熟悉冷开拓、合作伙伴开发及商务谈判 优秀的商业判断力与沟通能力,适应快节奏、目标导向的工作环境 加分项 已有代理商、经销商或电信渠道合作伙伴资源 有服务中小企业或多地点连锁企业的销售经验 西班牙语流利(具备拉美 / 美国西裔市场经验者强烈优先) 或 中英双语(普通话 / 粤语),熟悉华人社区商业圈者 薪酬福利 有竞争力的底薪 +无上限提成 高绩效者享有丰厚收入空间 总薪酬:$60,000 - $100,000(底薪 + 佣金) 关于 ENC MAX ENC MAX 是 Eton InfoComm 旗下的企业云 PBX 与统一通信平台,帮助企业在全球范围内高效管理语音通话、即时消息与团队协作,一站式满足企业通信需求。 Channel Sales Manager - ENC MAX (UCaaS / Cloud PBX) Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid/ Field-Based) About the Role We are looking for a driven Channel Sales Manager to grow revenue for ENC MAX (Cloud PBX / UCaaS platform) through agents, resellers, and strategic partners. This is a quota-carrying role focused on partner recruitment, pipeline development, and deal closure. If you thrive in sales and have a background in or cloud communications, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Own and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through channel partners Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents, resellers, MSPs, and partners Actively manage deals alongside partners — from prospecting through close Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting Lead joint client meetings, proposal development, and negotiations Develop go-to-market strategies targeting SMB and enterprise customers Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to support deal closure Track sales performance and report to leadership regularly Qualifications 3-5+ years of B2B, channel, or sales experience Proven track record of quota achievement and strong closing ability Experience in UCaaS, VoIP, Cloud PBX, or SaaS preferred Comfortable with cold outreach, partner hunting, and deal negotiation Strong business acumen, communication skills, and target-driven mindset Preferred / Plus Points Existing network of agents, resellers, or channel partners Experience selling to SMB or multi-location businesses Spanish proficiency is a strong plus (LATAM / US Hispanic market experience) Chinese bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese) with familiarity in the Chinese-American business community Compensation Competitive base salary +uncapped commission High earning potential for top performers About ENC MAX ENC MAX is a cloud-based PBX and unified communications platform by Eton InfoComm, enabling businesses to manage voice, messaging, and collaboration efficiently across global operations — all in one solution
