You’ll be on construction s, solving problems, learning from experienced project managers, coordinating trades, checking quality, communicating with suppliers, and making sure every project keeps moving forward. If you enjoy learning, being hands-on, and seeing real results from your work, you’ll love this role. ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ What You’ll Do • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day coordination • Monitor construction progress and quality • Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers • Organise deliveries and materials • Help maintain project schedules • Conduct inspections and follow up on outstanding items • Prepare project documentation and reports • Solve problems before they become bigger problems ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ Who We’re Looking For We’re not looking for experience. We’re looking for the right attitude. You are someone who: ✔ Speaks and writes English confidently ✔ Enjoys practical, hands-on work ✔ Is organised and pays attention to detail ✔ Is willing to work hard and learn quickly ✔ Can communicate confidently with different people ✔ Takes responsibility and follows through ✔ Has a positive, “can-do” attitude ✔ Holds a full NZ Driver Licence (preferred) ⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻⸻ No Experience?
